How Vera works
Vera is the portal where recognised assistance dog charities hold and authorise their team records. Nothing leaves your control. VADS simply asks Vera a question and your record provides the answer.
Your teams, your certification, your welfare and training data, all held in one place you control.
You decide which teams are current and authorised for verification. You can withdraw authorisation at any time.
When an operator checks, Vera returns a match result only. A token and a chip number, never the record behind them.
